Moon – always shining

Moon may not look so beautiful,
together with the dark blotch;
is still always joyous and soulful,
and the most beautiful, the deeper we watch..
Enthralling it looks over the clouds and the sky,
someone pinned over an suit, a tie and a broch;
stunning it looks always, if it smiles or cry,
and always the most beautiful, the deeper we watch..
May come the new moon with nothing to shine,
Still hides inside but never it does chuck:
Comes fresh start, soothing as the red wine,
and looks the most beautiful, the deeper we watch..
Wake up and shine again like the moon,
Life shall be dancing again, pretty soon;
Moon is always there, maybe we cannot get a catch,
Just keep shining, as if it’s there to have a watch..

Returning Home

The year is approaching towards the end and there are many memories to share regarding travel (parts of India)and life experiences for the year. Regarding the journey, I’ve been through these places during the year (may be multiple times at few places)

Mumbai — Vadodara — Ahmedabad — Kolkata (list will get interesting towards the end)— Jaipur — Haryana — Chennai — Daman — Silvasa— Gurgaon — Delhi — Pune — Nashik — Kolhapur — Goa — Rumsu — SAR Pass (14500 Ft)— Chandigarh — Manali — Tosh — Kasol ….. and many more (which I don’t even remember as of now)

Traveling places and creating memories has always been a dream of almost everyone, and traveling has always been fun for me too. Exploring places, experiencing different cultures and knowing different people; added with natural beauty of all places, is what I’ve always experienced and craved for.

However, there is something that also matters apart from traveling — that is where you land up at the end of the trip to unpack your bags, whom you think about before sleeping every night, whom you text or call up the first in the morning, where you come back to cherish the memories of the trip just completed and where you chalk out the next trip plans again.

This is what our hearts look for — the place, the person and the people. This reminds me of the quote “Home is where the heart is”.

I’ve been a wanderer since a long time and the craving to visit places and to explore every inch of the earth would never end. Now, imagine you were on a ten day odd trek to somewhere in the Himalayas — one of the finest ranges across the globe. Toughest trails and treks, and finally getting rewarded by the peaceful cold breeze and the astonishingly beautiful view from the summit. This would be a great experience worth remembering for the life.

NOW, after the descend you’d look for a place to relax for a day or two at a silent and peaceful place with only the best two or five people of your life. May be that is home — be it your apartment, be it the people who are there with you. Indeed that would be equally peaceful as the summit.

Similar is our journey here on this blue planet. We are here to live, learn, travel, explore places, love, create memories. However, at the end we are bound to return to our homes and ultimately rest in peace with all the experiences and memories.

So, create memories, travel far, love more, be generous, spread happiness and never settle

Carpe Diem..

Love. Cheers!

The small group trek

It was June 2016, I was on a trek to SAR pass located around 4500Mtr altitude in the Indian jurisdiction of Himalayan ranges.

I started from Mumbai (India) with all unknown people except only 2 of my friends from the total 45 participants. This was because I wanted to travel the new place with all new people and not sticking to the comfort zone of regular friends.

During the 10 day trek, everyone of the 45 people group were my friends. There was no internet, no mobile network, no electricity, nothing as such any form of technology. And there I learned something; that everyone shared good time with each other, lived the time, admired the natural beauty, enjoyed the fresh breeze, spent quality time discussing things face to face rather than on face time. People were willingly helping each other for food, tents, walking and climbing at rough patches, and many more times; that too selflessly. There was no barter, no fee no charge. Just there was love snd affection between the 10 day old friends. And that was enough..

Life is really simple. Love unconditionally, help others selflessly, live generously.. still we keep on complicating it just because of materialistic things and attractions.
Think. Grow. Prosper.

Carpe diem.

Nature taught me something

It was summer of 2016, there I was in Himalayan ranges in India on a trek to SAR pass.

I realised the value of a drop of water when there was no water available overnight due to extreme freezing cold

I realised the value of an inch, when I had to pass thru the narrow path over 13000ft

I realised the value of a minute, when I could get to mobile network for a minute after 4 days and reply to my friends and my parents, that I’m still alive and safe

I realised the value of the people I love he most, when I wasn’t stuck between gadgets and materialistic things and I could think only about them round the clock

I realised the value a friend, when he extended hand to climb the toughest patches

I realised the value of smiling, when everyone was exhausted and I could make up their mood with just a smile and some humor, atleast for few more kilometres

I realised, we all realised.. and we all value this nature and realisation more than materialistic things

Travel • Love • Live • Repeat

[Poem] Sun and the Moon

Moon is so amazingly blessed,
like a princess adorably dressed,
loved by the stars of all kind,
still makes the sun spellbind…

Over the clouds and the sky it rise,
everyday the sun dies, with open eyes,
Not showing sacrifice nor sympathy to create,
in love it dies to let her breathe…

Envies the mountains for love so deep,
gives same love and never sleep,
stands tall for people climbing,
and sun’s heart has a warm glowing…

Learn to love, like the moon and the sun,
unconditional, fearless, lovely and fun,
blessed will be everyone very soon,
like the sun, stars, mountains and the MOON…

Dreamed to be

He dreamed to be with you,
Together, forever with you…

Nights were different, days not same,
Love or infatuation, or other name,
Dreamed to travel world together,
Win everything, be it whatever,
He dreamed to be with you,
Together, forever with you..

You promised to always stay,
Never wanted to let you go away,
Destiny had a plan little different,
Neither he dreamed nor you could want,
He dreamed to be with you,
Together, forever with you….

Nights are scary, drowsy are days,
Dreams are same, but not that he says,
He still dreams, what he had dreamed,
‘Stay don’t go’ the midnights screamed,
He dreamed to be with you,
Together, forever with you…

Oh girl! I dream what he had dreamed,
‘Stay don’t go’, you’re born to be loved,
Fly together the world as the winds,
Heart speaks better, more than minds,
You dreamed to be with him,
Together, forever with him,
He dreamed to be with you,
Together, forever with you…

You start dying slowly

You start dying slowly ;
if you do not travel,
if you do not read,
If you do not listen to the sounds of life,
If you do not appreciate yourself.
You start dying slowly:

When you kill your self-esteem,
When you do not let others help you.
You start dying slowly ;

If you become a slave of your habits,
Walking everyday on the same paths…
If you do not change your routine,
If you do not wear different colours
Or you do not speak to those you don’t know.
You start dying slowly:

If you avoid to feel passion
And their turbulent emotions;
Those which make your eyes glisten
And your heart beat fast.
You start dying slowly:

If you do not risk what is safe for the uncertain,
If you do not go after a dream,
If you do not allow yourself,
At least once in your lifetime,
To run away…..
You start dying Slowly !!!

Love your life Love yourself…

Trek to Himalayas – Heaven on earth

Always traveled with cabin luggage,
Never knew what was rucksack,
Borrowed one and here it started,
Backpacking trek, it was named..

Leaving home with notice too short,
With only 2 treks and 3 T-shirt,
Added a leather jacket and a cap,
Ofcos with Black shades and a route map..

Train and a Punjabi cab makes the way,
Instructions and rappeling for the day,
Plate and a glass as all the utensils,
Sleeping with Tommy an his siblings..

Started the trek enthusiasm was high,
Desired to reach above the sky,
Full of fun with people so crazy,
Although few were opposite and lazy..

Clouds clouds everywhere as we move,
Above and besides they just groove,
Passes the clouds feels like it cuddles,
And the soul soothes just giggles..

Be sunrise or the sunset I’ll shoot,
Why not when at fifteen thousand foot,
Many friends on the way I could find,
And soon we’re on to descend..

Many more I’d love to write,
And the page would glow so bright,
Like the Himalayan sunrise as I see,
It’s really heaven on earth as I see…
